ABOUT CROWN PERFORMANCE 

& TRAINING

Being a healthy King or Queen requires strength within the crown.

Cierra created Crown Performance & Training, LLC in 2020 shortly after becoming a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. A part of Cierra’s training philosophy is to train everyone holistically. She believes whether your goal is creating a healthy lifestyle as an adult or becoming a successful athlete, in order to maximize results, you must be healthy within your mind, body and spirit.

Cierra Dunston has been a NASM certified personal trainer, group fitness trainer and youth sports performance trainer for the last 5 years. She graduated with a degree in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, where she was also a D1 track and field athlete.


Education/Certifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Sports Science

• NASM-CPT

• NASM-CES

  • NCAA East Preliminary Qualifier


  • 2nd Team All-ACC Indoor & Outdoor 400m


  • 3rd Fastest Time in UNC History 400m
